Privacy notice

We keep this short and plain. It covers this website and the waitlist. When the itti app opens to testers, it will come with its own privacy notice, and you will see it before you start.
Who we are
The company behind itti is itti.Life, Switzerland. We are the controller of your data under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. You can reach us at contact@itti.life.
What we collect
- When you join the waitlist: your email address, the language of the page, the date and time, and that you joined from this site.
- When you write to us: your email address and whatever you tell us.
- When you visit: our hosting provider keeps basic technical records, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- In your browser: if you pick a language, the page remembers it on your device. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics.
Why we use it
To invite you to the private beta and send you updates about it, to answer your messages, and to run and secure the site. By joining the waitlist you agree that itti.Life may email you about the private beta. You can leave the list at any time.
Who helps us
We use a few service providers who process data for us and may not use it for their own purposes: a website host and form service (Netlify, Inc.), a domain and DNS provider (GoDaddy), and a font service (Google Fonts, which loads the fonts from Google when you open a page and so sees your IP address). Some of these are based in or process data in the United States. Where that is the case, we rely on recognised safeguards for transfers outside Switzerland, such as the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data and we do not share your email address for advertising.
How long we keep it
Waitlist details stay until you ask us to remove them, or until 24 months after you joined if we have not been in touch, whichever comes first. Messages are kept as long as we need them to answer you.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. You can also ask for a copy in a common format. Write to contact@itti.life and we will answer within 30 days. To leave the waitlist, write the same address with the word "unsubscribe".
If you are not happy with our answer, you can contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (edoeb.admin.ch).
Changes
If we change this notice in a way that matters to you, we will update the date at the top and, if you are on the waitlist, tell you by email.
